1) Who we are
K9 Cleanup Inc (“K9 Cleanup,” “we,” “us”) provides residential and select commercial
yard services including dog waste removal, lawn care, and snow removal in Edmonton,
Beaumont, Leduc, Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, and St. Albert (the
“Service Area”).

2) Scheduling & access
• Service days/times: Service is performed during our operating hours and on the route
day for your area. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed. • Access required: You agree to provide safe access to the service area (e.g., unlocked
gates, clear pathways, and any entry instructions). • Pets: Dogs must be secured indoors or away from the work area during service.

3) Weather & safety delays
For safety, service may be delayed, modified, or paused due to severe weather,
extreme temperatures, road closures, unsafe site conditions, or other events outside
our control.

4) Service standards (what to expect)
• We aim to provide thorough, professional service. • Dog waste removal: We remove visible dog waste from accessible areas. Some waste
may be missed due to snow/ice cover, tall grass, debris, poor lighting, or blocked
access. • Lawn care & snow removal: Results can vary based on weather, site conditions, and
property layout.

5) Customer responsibilities
You agree to: - Keep the yard reasonably free of hazards (e.g., broken glass, needles,
aggressive animals, unsafe structures). - Mark or disclose hidden hazards (e.g.,
sprinkler heads, low-voltage wires, fragile edging). - Promptly notify us of any concerns
(especially a missed area) so we can address it.

6) Pricing, billing & payment
• Pricing is based on the service selected (and for dog waste removal, typically the
number of dogs). • Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. • Past-due accounts may have service paused until the balance is paid.

7) Cancellations & changes
• Dog waste removal & lawn care: You may cancel at any time. Please provide at least
24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for a scheduled visit that is already routed. • Snow removal (seasonal): Snow removal runs November–April 1 and is billed
monthly.
• If cancelled before service starts for the season, a $35 cancellation fee applies. • If cancelled after service has started for the season, a $179 cancellation fee
applies.

8) Service issues & rework
If you believe an area was missed or service was not completed as expected, contact us
within 48 hours of the visit. We’ll review and, when appropriate, schedule a return visit
or other reasonable remedy.

9) Property damage
We take care while working. If you believe we caused damage, notify us within 48 hours
and provide photos. Our responsibility is limited to direct damage caused by our team,
excluding normal wear and tear or pre-existing issues.

10) Health, waste handling & disposal
Dog waste is bagged and disposed of in accordance with local guidelines (including
disposal at the city eco centre, where applicable).

11) Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K9 Cleanup is not liable for indirect or
consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, loss of use). Our total liability for a claim is
limited to the amount paid for the specific service visit giving rise to the claim.

12) Communication
